Extricator Forcible Entry Kit:
This kit will accomplish 99% of your auto extrication rescues. It is ideal for automobile, industrial, farm, structural collapse, construction releases and industrial maintenance. The kit weighs 150 lbs and comes in a 16 gauge metal storage box with a 2” deep small tool tray, two lockable/sealable latches and large folding handles on each end.
Used in vehicle extrications to open damaged doors, raise clutch and break pedals by using the Spreader and Wedge in combination.
The 2 ton Come-A-Long and rescue chains are used to pull seats, doors, steering columns, brake and clutch pedals, and to roll body panels out of the way.
The 5 ton Straight Ram and attachments are used to raise the dash and roof, move pedals and push metal within the vehicle to free trapped victim. The 5 ton Straight Ram with attachments is also used to lift heavy objects or provide structural support and shoring placement and retention during confined space and trench rescue operations.
The 2 Ton Come-A-Long and chain slings are used in combination with other tools in this rescue set to pull automobile doors, raise steering columns and dash boards, move seats, secure vehicles and raise heavy objects during rescue operations.
The accompanying small hand tools are an essential part of this set. The hand tools are the most frequently needed hand tools for auto extrication and industrial rescue situations. “The Original Extricator Rescue Set” contains the tools that will allow you to cut, move and remove objects entrapping victims by pushing and pulling material in multiple directions at the same time, as illustrated above.
Recently upgraded with completely redesigned heavy duty high speed H2T steel pumps. The redesigned H2T pump provides increased speed and reliability in tough rescue applications. New features include vertical or horizontal pump operation to provide reliability and ease of operation for many years. A new larger high flow piston design and larger hydraulic reservoir in the pump and new high flow quick couplings provide more rapid tool operation and reduced pump strokes and operator fatigue. The fill port has been relocated to the top of the hydraulic reservoir for easy inspection and refilling without the need for special filling stands. An internal pressure relief valve provides overload protection complying with OSHA, ANSI/ASME B30.1 safety standards. The new larger hydraulic fluid control valve has been designed for easy operation while wearing gloves. A longer pump handle with ergonomic grip has been integrated into the design to provide a better grip and ease of operation.
